I’ve been a Dietitian for 3 decades.

I battled bulimia in my youth after growing up watching my beautiful Mum struggle with emotional eating.

So I get feeling controlled by food and have spent my life trying to find peace with my weight.

After the shock of losing a breast to cancer in 2013, I did a deep dive into the research because staying healthy just took on a whole new level!


I discovered that the key to health (& weight loss) is plants.


Only plant foods contain fiber that feed your good gut bacteria…which is where 80% of your immunity lives.

So eating plants is the key to optimising your health, including helping to balance your hormones.

A huge plus to this way of eating is the volume of fruit, vegetables, whole-grains, beans & lentils, that you can eat, so you feel full and satisfied after every meal…and at the same time knowing you are optimising your immunity AND easily releasing weight.

It almost seems too good to be true!


If nothing else I would encourage you to explore eating plant-strong and experience the results for yourself.

My approach is one baby step at a time…this is a lifestyle and every step needs to be sustainable.

So we start where you’re at right now and slowly tweak and refine your existing diet.

We aim for progress NOT perfection.

We modify your current recipes so you don’t have to reinvent the wheel.

We customise a menu plan (usually 3 weeks) so that you never have to think ‘What’s for dinner?’ again!

But it’s not just the EXTERNAL aspects of your diet & lifestyle that we focus on during our time together.

All of our unhealthy behaviours & beliefs around food don’t just disappear overnight.
