A lack of clarity around the type of food that is going to optimise your health and help you release weight can undermine all your efforts.

If you do not know which foods are going to nourish you and at the SAME time assist your body to release weight, you can feel like you’re going in circles.

This lack of clarity leads to indecision and ultimately more poor choices than optimal ones… because you’re guessing every time.

It’s not your fault.

If the foundation hasn’t been laid with a solid understanding of which foods are going to help you achieve your goals and which ones will NOT, then you’re building your health on shaky ground.

And just to be clear, I am not insulting your intelligence…

we all know the health difference between real whole foods and Franken processed foods.

But the waters are murky.

Over the years some foods have been labeled healthy and then some good old science says otherwise.

Muddier yet are the food companies that pay big bucks to make sure the ‘scientific’ results are swayed in their favour. Sadly this happens more than anyone wants to admit – hence why you want to always find out who is funding the research.

Then there are the popular dieting trends that sprout up like mushrooms – making all kinds of promises but it’s often hard to tell the good ones from the ones we need to step away from.

So unless you’ve spent your life studying food and keeping up with the latest studies you don’t stand a chance of finding that clarity, without hours and hours of research from a trusted source.

This is why I lay a solid educational foundation that gives my clients the confidence to know exactly which foods to choose…

no matter where they’re starting from.

I’m not always going to be in my client’s life and my goal is to set them free with all the knowledge that they need to make future choices that will support their goals.

Clarity leads to confidence, which leads to a calmer, happier you.

A you, who knows which foods will both nourish and set weight loss in motion.

If you’d like to find out how I can support you ditch dieting without giving up on your health and weight loss goals then let’s chat.
